Quadravent® Wind Vented Roofing Technology

Innovative Commercial Roofing Systems

Engineered for Wind Performance

SCROLL DOWN

Smarter Roofing Technology for Modern Buildings

Qorbo Enterprises develops advanced commercial roofing systems designed to improve membrane stability and resist wind uplift in large commercial and industrial buildings.

Our technology uses engineered airflow and vent-based pressure control to help stabilize roofing membranes without excessive adhesives, heavy ballast, or large quantities of mechanical fasteners.

The result is a more efficient approach to building durable commercial roof solutions for modern facilities.

The Problem with Traditional Commercial Roof Systems

Wind uplift is one of the most common causes of failure in roof systems.

When wind moves across a roof surface, pressure differences form between the air above the membrane and the air trapped beneath it. This pressure imbalance can cause the roofing membrane to lift, creating risks such as leaks, structural damage, and premature roof replacement.

Traditional roofing methods attempt to control this problem by using:

  • Heavy ballast materials

  • Mechanical fasteners

  • Large amounts of adhesives

While these methods can work, they often increase installation time, labor costs, and material usage.

A Smarter Approach to Commercial Building Roof Stability

Qorbo introduces innovative low-sloped commercial roof membrane systems, also known as Quadravent©  technology

This technology is able to equalize, and even create, negative pressure under the membrane that holds and counteracts the wind uplift to hold and secure the membrane down during heavy winds.

This allows for commercial roof systems to remain secure and resilient during strong, windy storms, further preventing them from potential catastrophic roof damage.

Key Advantages of Qorbo's Quadravent Wind Ballasted Roofing System

Our engineered approach offers several advantages compared to traditional roofing systems.

Improved Wind Performance

Designed to resist uplift forces through pressure equalization and airflow management.

Lower Material Requirements

The system uses fewer materials compared to many traditional roofing approaches.

Simplified
Installation

Reduces reliance on adhesives and fasteners in the field of the roof.

Long-Term Performance

Airflow-based stabilization helps maintain membrane integrity during severe weather conditions.

Our Services

Qorbo's Quadravent roofing assembly includes several integrated components designed to work together.

Traditional commercial roofs rely on adhesives and fasteners to hold the membrane in place, which leaves the pressure on the membrane, adding ongoing stress on the roof.

Qorbo's Quadravent system takes a different approach — it removes that pressure from the membrane and passes it onto the structural roof deck, where it belongs.

1

Quadravent® Wind Vents

Quadravent® vents form the core of the system, allowing wind movement across the roof to create controlled pressure beneath the membrane.

2

Air Distribution Strips

These components create airflow pathways beneath the roofing membrane to help distribute pressure evenly across the roof surface.

3

Pressure Bar & Butyl Sealant

Installed at roof terminations, these components maintain the airtight seal required for the system to function properly.

Together, these components form a coordinated pressure equalization and, better, negative pressure roof cavity that relieves the pressure off of the membrane from storms, wind and inclement whether.

A New Standard for Commercial Roofing Performance

By combining engineered airflow with advanced roof membrane technology, Qorbo provides a smarter approach to roof design.

Qorbo's commercial roofing ventilation systems help building owners, contractors, and architects implement roofing strategies that improve durability, installation efficiency, and long-term performance.
